The Runners Nominated Producers of the Year!!

Music production duo, The Runners, were nominated for B.E.T.'s Producer of the Year Award. Details of all nominations are below, as the award ceremony stretches across several different categories.

The Runners, made up of long-time friends Andrew "Dru Brett" Harr and Jermaine "Mayne Zayne" Beyince, are from Orlando, FL. Their quick rise to fame spans a three-year period filled with hits from artists like Rick Ross and Danity Kane. There couldn't be a better time to recognize the duo since, in 2008 alone, megahits like "Cash Flow" by Ace Hood, and "Go Hard" by DJ Khaled have dominated the radio waves.

TSM Studio's Ryan Baker (Video Director/Editor) produced the nominee video for The Runners. It will be aired during the live broadcast. This year's ceremony will be held at Atlanta’s Civic Center on Oct. 23. Russel Simmons, special guest of the evening, will be honored with the "I Am Hip-Hop" Icon Award.
